The exhibition runs from May 30 to June 5 and presents photographs, archival materials and personal stories illustrating the lives of Vietnamese children during periods of war.
According to the organisers, this is the first themed exhibition ever held inside a Ho Chi Minh City metro station, bringing history closer to the public through the city's modern public transport network.
Through its displays, the exhibition highlights the hardships and losses experienced by Vietnamese children during wartime while also portraying their resilience, determination and enduring hope for peace.
The event aims to commemorate International Children's Day, promote historical awareness, foster patriotism and help younger generations better understand the value of peace.
To assist visitors, free guided tours will be available on May 31 from 1 pm to 4.30 pm, and on June 1 from 7.30 am to 11.30 am and from 1 pm to 4.30 pm.
