The boats, featuring elaborate decorations and colourful lighting, paraded along the river on September 19 as part of the first "Colours of Ha Thanh - Radiant Riverbanks" festival.
The event, jointly organised by Quy Nhon and Quy Nhon Dong wards, featured cultural activities and a decorated boat contest, drawing crowds along the Ha Thanh River ahead of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
Phan Tuan Hoang, standing vice-chairman of the Quy Nhon Ward People's Committee, said the festival showcased local creativity and pride while promoting the Ha Thanh riverside as a cultural, recreational and tourism destination.
