The riverside road is expected to better connect HCM City, Binh Duong and Tay Ninh, ease traffic flows for national roads and boost commercial, service, and tourism links between these localities.
In the planning, there will be an underpass built along Ton Duc Thang Street section from Ba Son and Khanh Hoi bridges.
