Rescue teams recover the bodies of two workers from a sewer in Danang City on August 26.
Danang Police reported that around 12.10 pm, residents near the intersection of Nguyen Thuc Duong and Nguyen Duy Trinh streets in Ngu Hanh Son Ward noticed the sewer opening and saw two men lying motionless at the bottom. They immediately called local authorities.
Police confirmed both men, dressed in work clothes, had died before rescuers could reach them. The bodies were brought up within 10 minutes using specialised equipment.
The case is under investigation by Danang police.
