According to the Ministry of Public Security, at 10.30 am on November 8, Sung Mi Qua from Lung Tam Village, Ha Giang, was driving six tourists from Danang in his car to visit the Nho Que River. The car suddenly fell into a 40m ravine, killing three people and injuring four others.
The accident scene is difficult to access
Ha Giang Traffic Safety Committee in Ha Giang sent a delegation to the scene and worked with the local authorities to investigate the case and visited the victims' families.
The car was a UAZ made in 1990. Qua is severely injured and will be tested for drugs and alcohol usage.
