
Three Lao men are arrested for trafficking drugs into Vietnam on May 23
The three men, aged between 40 and 46, were arrested in Savannakhet’s Sepon District at 10.15am while transporting meth pills into Vietnam.
Police seized 100,000 meth pills, one car, three mobile phones, three passports and some other objects.

The drugs seized
The men told the police that they bought the drugs from Laos, then transported by car to Savannakhet’s Sepon district, about one km from Lao Bao international border gate and intended to sell into Vietnam.
Police are further investigating the case.
