Many people used belongings such as a hat to keep their seat while trying to avoid the sunshine.

Security and volunteers were arranged to ensure order.

The rice dispenser serves around 3,500 people.
Hanoi also has another rice ATM situated on Vo Quy Huan Street, Bac Tu Liem District.
The concept was originally applied in HCM City, aiming to help ease hardships for the low-income people during the pandemic.
