On June 30, the police in Hanoi raided and seized a large quantity of perfume at a warehouse at 76 An Duong Street. The raid found many famous brands which the storage owners did not have invoices and documents to prove their origin.

Nguyen The Son, head of Market Management Team 9, said they had noticed suspicious activity and had monitored the warehouse two months ago. However, due to Covid-19 the raid had been delayed. The authorities are still checking and counting the number of the perfume bottles.
