The incident occurred on April 13 during the long haul journey, when the passenger suddenly became unresponsive.
The chief flight attendant called for medical assistance and began first aid procedures. Two passengers with medical expertise, Jian Ying Liang and Keith Anh Kiet Ly, stepped forward to help.
Following their intervention, the woman gradually regained consciousness and was able to sit up. Cabin crew continued to monitor her condition for the remainder of the flight and alerted ground services to prepare medical support.
After landing at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, she was handed over to medical personnel for further examination and monitoring in line with standard procedures.
