Two foreign male students were riding a high-speed motorbike when they suddenly crashed into a wall of a household in the southern city of Can Tho, killing one on the spot and seriously injuring the other.
The accident occurred around 6 am today, June 4, on Bung Xang Lake Street in Ninh Kieu District.

According to the security footage of a nearby family, the two young men were riding a motorbike from Alley 51, Ba Thang Hai Street, towards Nguyen Van Cu Street. As they approached a curve near Bung Xang Lake, the vehicle suddenly mounted the pavement and crashed into a residential wall, knocking down a two-metre-high section.
The driver was thrown nearly five metres and died instantly. Meanwhile, the other was severely injured and quickly taken to a local hospital.
The victims are both Indian nationals studying at a university in Can Tho.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
