Another cold spell has been forecasted to affect the northern region, including Hanoi from tomorrow, February 4.

According to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the cold snap will bring rains for the region from this evening, February 3. The northern central region and some north western localities would also be hit.

The centre predicted that the northern region would see from four to six cold spells this month.

The wet and cold weather has raised people’s concerns over the quick spread of coronavirus.

By the late month, the southeastern region would witness hot weather and droughts.

In February, the northern and northern central region’s total rainfall would be higher than previous years.
