Passengers on the flight conducted by budget carrier VietJet Air are children aged below 18, the elderly, the sick, students and other special cases.
Representatives from the Vietnamese Embassy in Singapore directly came to the airport to support the passengers in check-in procedures.
The airline applied stringent Covid-19 prevention regulations during the flight.
After arriving at the airport, the passengers and crew members were sent to a quarantine site to ensure safety.
