According to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the rain would ravage northern localities between June 21-23. Warnings have been issued about strong wind and hail during the rainstorms, particularly in mountainous areas.

Today, June 20, northern and central localities would continue witnessing hot weather with temperatures of 36-38 degrees centigrade. Some areas would see temperatures of more than 38 degrees centigrade.
Fires, especially forest fires, would happen during the scorching hot days.
The hot snap would strike the central region until June 23.
Meanwhile, rain would hit the Central Highlands and southern regions until June 27.
