At that time, two women were working on the construction site. Suddenly, the landslide happened, burying them.
They were quickly sent to hospital, but one of them died on the way there.
The initial cause was the heavy rain on June 23, which caused water to seep into the construction site and led to the landslide.
Vinaconex Corporation, the contractor of the express section, provided VND100 million to the deceased's family. The firm also paid medical expenses and treatment costs for the injured victim.
