
Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Chairman Nguyen Thanh Phong has ordered social distancing measures in line with Government Directive 15 to be imposed across the city for at least two weeks starting from Monday.

Local streets such as Dong Khoi, Le Duan, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Ly Tu Trong were deserted.


At peak hours, many streets often face traffic congestion, but now it is totally different with just a few people.

All shops and services on Dong Khoi Street have been closed.

Vo Van Kiet Street has seen the sharp fall of vehicles
