The ministries of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance have announced a sharp increase in fuel prices from 5 pm on July 17.

According to the ministries, world average fuel prices in a 15-day period before July 17 had increased with RON92 to USD72.109 per barrel and RON95 to USD74.503 per barrel.
This is the second fuel price rise in July. In the last adjustments on July 2, the retail price of RON95 was raised by VND383 per litre, E5RON92 by VND420, diesel 0.05S by VND292, kerosene by VND326, and mazut 180CST 3.5S by VND105 per kilo.
