Fishing boats from Khanh Hoa and Quang Ngai and other provinces have arrived at Hon Ro Port in Nha Trang City for fuel and food before their offshore journey. These are boats that took shelter to avoid the recent storms.

After Storm Vamco ended, the boat owners quickly prepared to go to the sea again. Ho Van Quyen, captain of the fishing boat number KH 91791 TS said, "We were unable to do anything for 10 days straight so after the storm ended, we quickly prepared the boat to head out with a group of 12 crew members."

The port management board confirmed that they received many boats on November 16 and 17. There are two to three more trips from now to Tet Holiday.

About 20-30 boats headed to the sea on November 17 alone.

Vo Khac En, vice head of Nha Trang Department of Fisheries said more schools of fish appeared after storms so everyone was busy, hoping for a successful expedition.
