Rescue forces in Ha Tinh Province pulled out a bus which was submerged by floods, discovered 10 bodies inside, and found 5 others in the area.
The most recent body was found at 3:40 pm today, which was floating 500 metres away from Ben Thuy Bridge.
The first three victims are Dinh Xuan Truong, 21, years old, in Dak Nong Province; Dinh Van Luong, 37, in Hai Hau District, Nam Dinh Province and Mai Nhi, 31, in Buon Me Thuot City, Dak Lak Province.

12 in 15 bodies have been identified and taken home for burial by their relatives. By now there are still 4 missing victims on the Lam river
Five companies joined the rescue including Truong Thanh Transport, Logistics service & Trading Co. Ltd., and Hailong Co., Ltd, which used sand-blowing machines.
Hundreds of people who witnessed the salvage burst into tears for the ill-fated passengers under the severe sunny weather.
Earlier, 17 lucky passengers who managed to escape from the accident recalled that the bus carried nearly 40 passengers from Dak Nong to Nam Dinh provinces. The strong water current started coming inside the coach and swept the bus away towards the direction of Lam River.
At that time, a number of people saw the bus leaning and broke the glass windows to escape. A few moment later, the bus was totally submerged at about 3:00am on October 18.
