Chinese visitors in Danang
Binh said that the offices are aimed to promote Danang tourism products as well as serve as a bridge to connect businesses in the city with foreign partners.
According to Binh, Danang has opened a tourism representative office in Japan. The city has also a tourism representative in South Korea.
Countries in Asia and Southeast Asia have successfully set up their own tourism representative offices, for instance Thailand has established representative offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Binh added.
