Nam Ho Tourism Construction Company was fined by the Dalat City People's Committee for having failed to follow the designs which were approved by local authorities on their Nam Ho Tourism Site project in Ward 11.
According to local authorities, Nam Ho was given permission to carry out their project with 95 buildings on an area of 10.30 hectares with a total investment of over VND110 billion. The investors have already completed and put into operation 88 buildings while five others are under construction.
However, the 88 buildings have been found to have been built without following the approved designs on a total area of 2,500 square metres.
Nam Ho's investor was asked to remove all the illegal construction work in the 88 buildings.
Local authorities also issued fines of VND190 million previously for violations at 57 buildings between 2020 và 2022. The investor had been asked to remove the illegally-built parts within 90 days but only four buildings have been dealt with so far.
