Tinh, 29, said that the chick hatched out around 10 days ago together with a dozen others, but he did not notice the extra limbs.
“A few days later when my mother was in the garden, she heard the sound of a chicken. Then she found it was caught in a net and saw its four legs,” Tinh told DTiNews.
The chicken is in good health and walks with two legs. The extra legs are attached to its belly.
Tinh said he will raise it for as long as it can live.
In February, another family in Nghe An also drew crowds after reporting a four-legged chicken.
