The people include 17 men and four women who illegally entered Vietnam. Among those, one has both Vietnamese and Chinese nationality.

They were found in a row of seven rooms owned by Longrich Company at Duyen Hai Ward in Lao Cai City.
Police seized nearly 300 electronic items, including iPads, laptops, mobile phones and sim cards.
The people tried to hide their shelter by raising chicken and ducks and having a look-out posted.
Every day, two among them went out to buy food, while the remainder stayed in their rooms.
The case is still under further investigation.
