A person's backpack suddenly caught fire, injuring four people nearby, while they were completing immigration procedures to enter Vietnam at the Mong Cai International Border Gate this morning, March 5.

The incident occurred around 9 am at the border gate's Bac Luan 1 Bridge area in the northern province of Quang Ninh, temporarily disrupting immigration procedures.
The fire was extinguished within 15 minutes.
According to witnesses, an explosion was heard before the flames erupted.
Authorities are investigating the fire's cause and assessing the damage's extent.
