
The bomb is found on March 3 when a construction worker is operating an excavator to clear a drainage pipeline in Ky Anh Town.
The bomb was relocated and safely detonated in accordance with safety regulations.
According to the Hung Tri Ward People's Committee, the bomb was found at 5 pm on March 3 when a construction worker was operating an excavator to clear a drainage pipeline in the area.
The worker promptly reported the incident to local authorities. Functional forces later confirmed that the object was an unexploded bomb left over from the wartime period.

The bomb has been successfully disposed.
The bomb measured over 1.5 metres in length, had a diameter exceeding 27 centimetres, and weighed more than 200 kilograms. To ensure public safety, local authorities cordoned off the site on the evening of March 3 and notified military forces for disposal.
