The forest area is situated in the communes of Thanh Thuy, Cam Thuy, and Ngu Thuy Bac in Le Thuy District.

In November last year, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed a decision to establish Cam Lien Industrial Park in Le Thuy District with a total investment of VND 2.2 trillion. The project will span 450 hectares, including 255 hectares of forest.
This is the first industrial park project in Quang Binh to be funded by non-state investment capital.
With its prime location, Cam Lien Industrial Park is poised to become a strategic hub for investors, catalysing Quang Binh’s socio-economic growth and boosting its competitiveness.
Construction on the project will begin in the third quarter of this year.
