Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha presents appointment decisions to Dantri’s Editor-in-Chief, Pham Tuan Anh, and two Deputy Editors-in-Chief.
Dear readers,
Dantri/DTInews is pleased to announce that, from March 1, 2025, Dantri/DTInews officially becomes the Ministry of Home Affairs' press agency in accordance with Government Decree 25 issued on February 21, 2025.
The Ministry of Home Affairs has been established by merging the former Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs. It will assume the functions and responsibilities of the previous Ministry of Home Affairs, along with state management over labour, wages, employment, social beneficiaries, occupational safety and health, social insurance, and gender equality — previously managed by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
Government Decree 25 specifies that the new Ministry of Home Affairs will comprise 22 units, including Dantri/DTInews, which has been transferred from the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
At the announcement ceremony of National Assembly Resolution 176 on the government's organisational structure and the Ministry of Home Affairs personnel appointment event on March 1, the ministry's leadership presented the decision to appoint journalist Pham Tuan Anh as the Editor-in-Chief of Dantri. Also, Nguyen Thu Hang and Nguyen Xuan Toan were appointed Deputy Editors-in-Chief.
This marks a significant milestone and a new chapter in Dantri's development journey. Dantri/DTInews will serve as an official and reliable information channel in its new role, providing timely and in-depth coverage of the Ministry of Home Affairs' activities and policies.
Dantri/DTInews remains committed to accompanying readers as a trusted bridge between the public and state management agencies. We will continue striving to enhance content quality, deliver useful, objective, and diverse information, and contribute to a civilised, fair, and progressive society.
