Many roads in Bac Kan have remained unrepaired after Typhoon Yagi

So far this year, Bac Kan has experienced many periods of rain and flooding. Due to natural disasters, the Ministry of Transport has declared a state of emergency for National Roads 3B, 3C, and 279 in Bac Kan.

The damaged roads traverse challenging terrain, with steep hillsides on one side and ravines featuring farmland, rivers, and streams on the other, making landslide remediation particularly difficult.
