Local roads are alive with trucks returning peach trees to the orchards, after being leased or sold by the owners.
Care prices range from VND500,000 to VND2 million per tree, depending on the variety, with higher prices for more expensive trees.
Once in Nhat Tan, the peach trees are neatly arranged, pruned, and replanted.
Phuc, a local peach garden owner, notes a preference for leasing over buying among customers.
About 70 percent of the leased trees have been returned to his garden, and he has employed seven people for replanting tasks.
