The donation came after an article about Le Van Xuan’s condition was published in the Dantri/DTiNews Newspaper.
Xuan has been seriously injured due to a traffic accident
Xuan was hit by a truck that was running in the opposite direction while driving a motorbike in Ba Co Ara in Nghia Thuan Commune in February. He lost consciousness and was taken to a nearby hospital by some local residents. He was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and internal organ damage.
Xuan is in a very critical condition, however, due to the family’s financial difficulties, he was sent home for failing to cover the treatment.
Xuan's wife left him without saying a word five years ago, leaving behind their three small children.
VND141.2 million was donated to Xuan’s family through Dantri/DTiNews
On behalf of the family, Le Thi Yen, Xuan’s younger sister, expressed her great thanks for the support from Dantri and kind donors, saying that Xuan had been sent to Nghe An General Hospital for treatment again.
Yen has helped to take care of Xuan’s children since when he had the accident.
