Hanoi streets have been flooded with vehicles and seen serious congestion during rush hours again after Covid-19 outbreak was contained.

On September 10, streets such as Tran Thai Tong, Nguyen Trai, Chua Boc, and Xuan Thuy were particularly busy. On Pham Van Dong Street, passenger buses that pick up and drop off passengers spontaneously can be seen again.

"As the virus situation improves, traffic congestion has returned in the past several days because everyone has to go to work and to school," a local said.
