The film, named Canh Dong Bat Tan (Endless Field) was displayed at two large cinemas of Lotte Cinema in Seoul on October 10, luring a great number of local viewers. It represents Vietnam to compete for the New Currents Award of the festival.

After the performance, all of the viewers stayed at the cinemas to meet with the Vietnamese team comprising Director Nguyen Phan Quang Binh, actresses Do Hai Yen and Tang Thanh Ha and actor Dustin Nguyen.

Do Hai Yen, the lead actress in the film, said “I am really touched that local people had such warm response to the film, many shed motion and even cried.”

This morning, October 11, photos of Dustin Nguyen, Do Hai Yen and Tang Thanh Ha appeared on the cover page of Cinema 21, South Korea’s biggest cinema newspaper.

The Vietnamese guests have also had interviews with many other magazines and newspapers in the country.
