Under the plan, the city aims for all residents to receive a free periodic health check or screening at least once during the year.
Authorities also aim for all Commune and Ward health stations to participate in managing residents' health records, while all students will receive health examinations at the start of the school year. In addition, all businesses will be required to provide periodic health checks or health screenings for employees in accordance with existing regulations.
Preparatory work is scheduled to be completed by June 30. The free health examination programme will run from July 1 to December 31.
