Despite the bad weather, young people happily donned costumes, made up their faces to celebrate an early Halloween at The Garden Shopping Mall in Hanoi.
There was also a mini exhibition featuring King of Pop Michael Jackson's outfits and accessories.
Thu Ha, a young person attending the event said, "I'm very excited to attend this Halloween night. I've always tried to attend Halloween because not only I could enjoy the event with friends, I can also show off my cosplay costumes."
