During the mission, the provincial military command has requested the coordination of relevant authorities, including the provincial police and the Department of Construction, to manage road traffic on three bridges crossing the Da River, Hoa Binh, Huu Nghi, and Thong Nhat bridges. Waterway traffic will be completely suspended throughout the operation to ensure the utmost safety for people and vessels in the area.
