Under the recommendation, VND198.69 trillion would be sourced from the city’s budget, while the remainder would be mobilised through public-private partnerships.
The design of Thu Thiem 4 Bridge
The projects will include the construction of six highways and roads linking HCM City-Moc Bai, HCM City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay and Chon Thanh highways.
Other projects include expanding National Highways 1, 13, and 22 and building National Highway 50B.
The city will also build Can Gio, Thu Thiem 4, Cat Lai, Rach Doi, Rach Tom and Phu Xuan 2B bridges along with belt roads 2 and 4.
