Under the resolution, November 24 will become “Vietnam Culture Day”, with employees entitled to a day off work on full pay.
On this day, visitors may also receive exemptions or reductions in fees at public cultural and sports facilities, subject to decisions by relevant authorities.
The policy also encourages public participation, particularly among young people and children, in cultural activities during major national holidays.
