Dozens of tents used for business purpose at Nam O stone reef

However, there are no toilets and fresh water showers or washing facilities.

On Wednesday, authorities of Lien Chieu District removed dozens of tents used for business purpose at Nam O stone reef.

People drop litter in the area.

Nguyen Thi Le, chairman of Hoa Hiep Commune, said that many local residents built businesses as more tourists have come to the place. This threatened the environment with pollution and posed increased fire risks. “We’ve requested them to halt their services to wait for the city’s planning suggestions,” Le added.

Five parking lots were also unlicensed by local management agencies.
