According to a report from the Dak Ngo Communal People's Committee, the accident happened at 9.30 am on December 10 when a motorbike carrying the two teenagers crashed into a car which was running in the opposite direction at the Dong Duong T-junction.
The intense crash left the two teenagers aged 13 and 14 dead on the spot. Their motorbike was heavily damaged while the car's head was also broken.
Police are investigating the causes of the accident.
