An explosion occurs at the house of a scrap dealer in Bac Ninh Province on January 3, killing two children
Speaking with Dtinews, head of Van Mon Commune's Department of Public Security, Nguyen Van Thuyen, said that the explosion occurred at 4.30am at the house of a scrap dealer in Quan Do Village.
"Two children, a one-year-old boy and a five-year-old girl, have been found dead and eight other people injured at the site," Thuyen said. "Five surrounding houses collapsed."
Police said that they found many warheads at the site. Further investigation is being carried out.
