A number of resorts in Cualo Township, in Nghe An, have picked up their development pace, to meet increasing demand.

| Cualo beach attracts more and more tourists |
Currently, there have been 225 hotels along Cualo beach, including 12 luxury ones. This is enough to serve about 16,000 people per day. Still, during peak season, the hotels are often overbooked, and tourism is only expected to increase in the coming months.
In order to meet such increasing demand, investors have been building high-end apartments and resorts along the beach.
Recently, Cualo Golf and Sea Joint Stock Company has unveiled some sample houses for the luxurious Cualo Golf villa block. Mr. Tran Ngoc Dan, Chairman of Cualo Golf Course said that he expected to rent these 200 high-end villas in while they await sale.
United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) rated Cualo among the most ideal beaches in Vietnam.
