The centre forecasted that the northern region will see the temperature of between 15 and 18 degrees centigrade with rains between November 23 and 25. The mountainous areas will have the lower degrees of 13-15 degrees or even below nine degrees centigrade.

Hanoi’s temperature is predicted to range between 15 and 18 degrees centigrade during this time.
Meanwhile, many central localities have been warned to face heavy rains from on November 22-27.
Earlier, Hoang Duc Cuong, director of the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, forecasted that this year winter would come later but be colder than the previous three years.
He added that the cold weather ranging between seven and 10 days will mainly focus on January and February. Average winter temperatures will be similar to previous years.
