Six Chinese suspected of illegally entering Vietnam
On December 21, traffic police in Danang were patrolling when they noticed a van travelling through Hai Van Tunnel. After pulling the van over, the police found out that six Chinese and two Vietnamese people were in the van. The driver admitted that he agreed to carry the Chinese people from Hanoi to Quang Ngai for VND6m per person.
One of the Chinese nationals didn't have any personal papers with him.
The authorities have carried out preventive measures against Covid-19. The police in Danang have expanded the investigation on whether and how the Chinese nationals entered Vietnam.
