The Republic of Korea’s Foreign Minister Kang Kyung Wha will pay an official visit to Viet Nam from September 17-18 at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh, the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Tuesday.
