Party and State leaders laid floral wreaths at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum on May 18 to mark the 123rd anniversary of the late President’s birth.

The delegation included Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, State President Truong Tan Sang, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Nguyen Sinh Hung, and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Huynh Dam.

Former leaders and others from central ministries, as well as revolutionary war veterans, also attended the tribute ceremony.

Another delegation from the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ba Dinh Cultural and Historical Relic Complex Steering Committee paid tribute to Ho Chi Minh at his Mausoleum on the same day.
