The readers of DTiNews have donated nearly VND112m (USD5,000) to three sisters in Hanoi who lost both parents after a traffic accident.

Truong Anh Tuan receives donation
Truong Anh Tuan, grandfather of three orphaned children, said they had received great support from local authorities and readers. This had helped ease the pain of their loss. The children really love the food and clothes. Milk is especially helpful since the youngest child is only 15 months old.
Luong Hoang Luan, head of Hoang Xa Village, expressed gratitude to donors and said they were also calling on the local community to help Tuan's family.
In addition, DTiNews transferred VND111,800,000 to Tuan. Tuan said he was grateful and would deposit the money to pay for the children's education.
Three sisters lost both parents in an accident
Tuan's son and daughter-in-law died after an accident on June 18. "My daughter-in-law hit her head on the front step of a house nearby. She died immediately and my son was admitted to hospital. But he died a week later," he said.
The children are too small to understand the reality and still wish that parents would come home soon.
The children only have light injuries. The oldest girl is eight years old and youngest is 15 months. Tuan was worried for his grandchildren as he is getting weaker with age and can't do hard work anymore.
