Under a plan issued by the provincial People's Committee on October 27, seven projects are scheduled for completion and inauguration, while construction is expected to begin on another 14.
The projects are aimed at improving transport connectivity, expanding industrial and logistics capacity and attracting investment to support economic growth.

Among the projects due for inauguration are several roads connecting national and highways to the Noi Bai-Lao Cai Expressway.
A road linking National Highways 70, 32C and 37 to the expressway in Van Phu Ward is scheduled to open in November.
Another road connecting National Highway 32 to the expressway at the IC15 interchange, passing through Gia Hoi, Phong Du Ha, Phong Du Thuong and Dong Cuong communes, is expected to be inaugurated on December 31.
A connection between Road 163 and the expressway, running through Mau A and Dong Cuong communes, is also scheduled for completion on the same day.
Meanwhile, a road linking National Highway 32 to the expressway at the IC14 interchange, passing through Trung Tam Ward and Lien Son Commune, is expected to open in December.
Lao Cai authorities said the projects would improve freight transport, facilitate travel and strengthen the province's appeal to investors.
In the industrial sector, an apatite ore processing plant in Cam Duong Ward and the CRC Premier granite porcelain tile factory at Minh Quan Industrial Park are scheduled for inauguration in November.
The province's plans also include a smart border gate project at the Kim Thanh road bridge crossing of Lao Cai International Border Gate.
Construction is expected to begin in December on infrastructure projects at Au Lau, Minh Quan and Southern industrial parks, alongside technical infrastructure at the Phu Thinh 1, Y Can and Minh Quan industrial clusters.
The investments are intended to expand industrial production capacity and create more opportunities for businesses.
Also scheduled to break ground in December are infrastructure projects at Ban Vuoc Border Gate, including a border gate landmark structure, an inter-agency inspection building, site levelling, roads and other essential facilities.
The province expects the projects to strengthen its transport and cross-border trade networks, providing a foundation for economic development in the coming years.
