Vietnam Railways has put into use an additional 30 high-quality carriages for high demand routes during the coming Tet Holiday.
The carriages are made from high-quality reinforced steel. They are equipped with modern and comfortable facilities. Carriage floors were built with anti-noise aluminum and the walls inside the trains have been replaced with new materials to minimise noise.

Each passenger has a reading lamp which is integrated with mobile charging equipment. The luggage shelves are also wider. Passengers can also easily adjust air-conditioning from their seat and there are TVs for each seat.
These carriages will serve the Hanoi-Hue, Hanoi-Vinh and Hanoi-Lao Cai routes during the Tet Holiday occasion.
