During the city’s social distancing, lots of people choose to go out at night or early morning to avoid Covid-19 check-points.

At around 1 am on Tuesday, many traffic participants were stopped at a Covid-19 check-point on Lang Street for being checked. Most of them are traders who were transporting necessities.

However, some people were fined for travelling without having a travel permit. Some days ago, many people were found gathering at a night market in Nga Tu So Ward, Dong Da Street.

Trinh The Loc, chairman of Nga Tu So Ward said that security forces are arranged to be on duty at Covid-19 check-points around the clock, particularly in areas where street markets are often held.

At the time frame of 1-2 this morning, 10 people failed to show their legal travel permits. Many violators have also been found on Lang Street.

Vu Dinh Khue carried vegetables from Gia Lam Districts to night markets and supported the stringent check of travel permits in order to prevent people from going out in necessary cases. He himself always has legal travel permits whenever he goes out.
