According to the initial information, the man from Dalat went fishing with a friend at Tuyen Lam Lake at around 1.45 pm on June 16.

While they were fishing, a sudden surge of water from an upstream stream swept both men into the lake.
People nearby rescued his friend and brought him ashore safely, but the man has remained unaccounted for.
Local authorities have continued the search.
