Habico Tower is now dishing out apartments starting at USD 1.1 million and rising all the way to USD 4.4 million on the top end.

Living in Habico Tower comes with a hefty price tag.

These prices make Habico Tower the most expensive apartments in Hanoi.

The building, located on Pham Van Dong Road, is a project funded by Hai Binh Joint Stock Company and operated by the Korean Dongriwon Development Group. Along with the launch of the apartment building, the investor has also announced their long-term lease prices (for a period of 44 years).

Apartment rooms with an area of 280 - 422 square metres are going for USD 1.1 million - 1.8 million, whereas the two-storey penthouse style with an area of 375 - 788 square metres ranges from USD 1.8 million - 4.4 million. The building will be home to 136 apartments in total.

Each apartment is fully furnished and has world-famous smart home systems from countries such as Germany, Japan and Korea installed. The apartments will be set up with many perks which had never been seen in Vietnam such as an underfloor heating system, indoor garden, Japanese Hinoki wood bathtub, negative-ion generating wall paint and health check system installed in each apartment.

The apartments will also have “panic rooms” for emergencies which are designed to be fire-proof and bullet-proof.

According to the sales staff, only 70% of the total area in the lease contract is the actual size of the apartment entitled to the customer, while the remaining 30% is for the use of common areas in the apartment which includes a parking spot, entertainment services such as a swimming pool, golf course, gym, ice skating track, etc.
